We're launching a Carbon Rationing Action Group for the Wychwood area on Thursday, January 17th, 2008. During this first session, we should agree what direct emissions we'll record, our annual CO₂ target and the penalties/rewards we'll pay for carbon debtors/creditors. I want to do real trading.
